1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Mizan platform and the website of Al Gurg & Al Matrooshi Advocates & Legal Consultants ("GMALC"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

GMALC provides legal services through qualified UAE-licensed advocates. The Mizan platform is an AI-assisted legal intelligence tool that supplements — but does not replace — professional legal advice from our advocates.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Mizan is an AI tool, not a lawyer. All analysis, strategies, and recommendations generated by Mizan are preliminary analytical outputs intended to assist qualified lawyers. They do NOT constitute legal advice and must NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal decision.

• Win probability percentages are statistical estimates, not guarantees
• Legal citations should be independently verified before use in court
• AI-generated Arabic text should be reviewed by a native Arabic-speaking lawyer
• All strategies require approval by the assigned supervising partner before implementation

4. User Obligations

• Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Do not share client data or case information with unauthorized parties
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Do not upload malicious files, viruses, or content designed to compromise the system
• Comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 (Cybercrime Law)

5. Intellectual Property

The Mizan platform, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of GMALC. The AI-generated analyses are work products of GMALC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. No Attorney-Client Relationship via Website

Browsing this website or submitting a contact form does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a signed engagement letter and Power of Attorney.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GMALC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Mizan platform, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content, data loss, unauthorized access, or reliance on AI output without independent legal review.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Modifications

GMALC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
